Birth Doula I includes:

• 1–2 prenatal visits to get to know you, explore your birth preferences, and help you feel informed and prepared for labor

• Phone, text, and email support during your pregnancy so you never feel alone with your questions

• On‑call availability around your due window for when labor begins

• Custom Birth Plan

• Continuous in‑person labor support from active labor until shortly after baby is born, including comfort measures (breathing, movement, positions, massage), emotional support, and partner guidance

• 1 postpartum check‑in visit to process your birth story, offer basic feeding support, and make sure you feel supported in the early days at home.
